Box Office Policies
Tickets must be exchanged before the scheduled performance; History Theatre does not give refunds. Single tickets can only be exchanged for a later performance of the same production. There is a $5 exchange fee for single tickets. Subscribers pay no exchange fees.
A $6 handling fee will be added to any purchase made by phone or online. There is no handling fee for tickets purchased in person at the box office. Subscribers pay no handling fees for additional ticket purchases or exchanges.
History Theatre reserves the right to delay seating as necessary. If you arrive at the theatre after the show has begun you may be asked to delay your seating until it is safe to seat you.
In the event that you cannot attend your scheduled performance please contact the Box Office to reschedule your tickets. History Theatre does not give refunds but will exchange your tickets ($2 Exchange Fee for single ticket buyers). If you do not contact the Box Office before the performance your tickets cannot be exchanged.
In the rare event that History Theatre must cancel a performance, ticket holders will be contacted in order to exchange tickets for a different performance and Exchange Fees will be waived.
