Refunds

All sales are final, there are no refunds on tickets purchased. If you need to cancel a show due to illness, please call the box office at 651-292-4323 no later than three hours before the performance.

Ticket Exchange

Tickets must be exchanged before the scheduled performance. Single tickets can only be exchanged for a later performance of the same production. There is a $5 exchange fee for single tickets. No exchanges are available for special events or presentations.

Mobile Tickets

Your tickets are at the bottom of your receipt and will be emailed to you. You can present your tickets to an usher for entry. If it's more convenient, tickets can also be printed or obtained at the box office.

Late Seating

Once a performance has begun, there is no guarantee of entry or re-entry into the theater. Due to the intimate nature of live performances, patrons who arrive after the show has begun will be held in the lobby until the first appropriate scene transition. Latecomers' seating will vary show by show and is at the discretion of the House Manager. Depending on where your seat is located, you may not be seated in your reserved seat until intermission. We recommend that you allow enough time for traffic, parking, and any other delays. Please assist us in providing a distraction-free experience for the actors and all patrons.

Weather Cancelation

In cases of inclement weather, most shows will go on as scheduled. We will exchange your tickets for another performance if you decide not to come because of the weather. There is a $5 exchange fee and no refunds are given.

Performance Cancelation

In the rare event that History Theatre must cancel a performance, ticket holders will be contacted in order to exchange tickets for a different performance, and exchange fees will be waived.
