History Theatre is located on the corner of Tenth Street and Cedar Street in downtown Saint Paul.
The front entrance to the building (at the corner of Cedar and 10th Streets) will remain open and accessible throughout the construction process.
History Theatre recommends that patrons and visitors park in the 7A Ramp, which is connected to History Theatre by skyway. The entrance is on Exchange Street, between St. Peter and Wabasha Streets.

From west metro via I-94: 10th Street exit.
From east metro via I-94: 12th Street (242A) exit toward State Capitol, left onto Jackson Street, right onto 7th Street, right onto Wabasha Street.
From north metro via I-35E: 10th Street / Wacouta Street (107A) exit, continue straight onto Wacouta Street. Turn right onto 7th Street, then right onto Wabasha Street.
From south via I-35E: 11th Street (106C) exit, right onto St. Peter Street
On the street: free parking after 4:30 p.m. and all day Sunday.
NOTE: street parking is extremely limited because of Light Rail construction and related detours. If you want to park on the street PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA TIME.
In a ramp: 7A Ramp (Exchange Street - connected to History Theatre by skyway) and World Trade Center (7th and Cedar).

NOTE: The lot across 10th Street from History Theatre belongs to the St. Paul Public Health Services. It is not a public lot. Park there at your own risk.

Buses must unload on Wabasha Street, between Exchange Streets and Tenth Streets. If the drop-off zone is full, circle the block and we’ll catch you on the next go-round.
Here are directions to get your bus to the bus loading/unloading area without hitting too much construction.
BUS UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE DO NOT UNLOAD YOUR BUS UNTIL A HISTORY THEATRE STAFF MEMBER MEETS YOU!
Buses must unload on Wabasha Street between Exchange and 10th Streets.
This is only a drop-off zone, do not block the public bus stop at any time.
UNLOADING PATRONS IN WHEELCHAIRS
The wheelchair accessible entrance to the building is located on the east side of the building, on Cedar Street next to all of the light rail construction. Vehicles are not permitted to drive on this part of Cedar Street at this time so patrons in wheelchairs will need to be unloaded on 10th Street and escorted down the sidewalk. Please be sure to inform Jill Vaughn if your group includes patrons in wheelchairs or motorized scooters. A History Theatre staff member will be ready to assist with getting your group into the building.
