C. Andrew Mayer

C. Andrew Mayer has been privileged to work with many of the finest Twin Cities theatre companies. For the History Theatre he has designed more than 30 productions including Queens of Burlesque, Hiding in the Open, Sister Kenny’s Children, Tyrone and Ralph, Hormel Girls, The Baron, A Piece of the Rope, and Hmong! His work has been heard recently at the Jungle Theater, Open Eye, Pillsbury House, Park Square, Mixed Blood, Acadia Repertory Theatre in Maine, the El Portal in Los Angeles, and 59E59 in New York City, where he won an Audelco Award for his design for Pure Confidence. Andrew was a 2008-09 Playwrights’ Center McKnight Theater Artist Fellow.
