- If you park in the 7A Ramp, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, turn left, and walk down the skyway to the History Theatre lobby.

On the street
Downtown parking meters in St. Paul
- Enforced 8:00 am – 10 pm Mon-Sat.
- Parking meter rates are $2/hour until 6 pm; and $1/hour 6 pm – 10 pm. If there is an event, the rate increases to $3.75/hour.
- Metered parking spaces are available on Wabasha, Exchange, and 10th Streets, but depending on the construction, detours, or other events parking can be extremely limited; if you want to park on the street please give yourself extra time.
