• You must arrive to the ramp at your booking arrival time.
• You will receive a QR code to scan in and out of the ramp.
• If you park in the 7A Ramp, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, turn left, and walk down the skyway to the History Theatre lobby.

On the street

Downtown parking meters in St. Paul 

• Enforced 8:00 am – 10 pm Mon-Sat.
• Parking meter rates are $2/hour until 6 pm and $1/hour from 6 pm – 10 pm. If an event occurs, the rate increases to $3.75/hour.
• Metered parking spaces are available on Wabasha, Exchange, and 10th Streets.
• However, depending on the construction, detours, or other events parking can be extremely limited; if you want to park on the street, please give yourself extra time.

• Note: The St. Paul Public Health Services parking lot across from History Theatre is not public. Park there at your own risk.
